Each stage was processed on the System Development Life Cycle. At the Strategy Planning Stage, the extend of computerized contents was determined and validation of Korean languages of 3N was reviewed. At the System Analysis Stage, DEMIS was analyzed and nursing process flowchart was drawn up. At the System Design Stage, the screen of unit nursing process model was designed and output of nursing record and statistic was designed. At the System Evaluation Stage, system user during test period was educated previously and user¡¯s need and feedback was reflected continuously. The results of this study are following. 1. Standardized 172 nursing diagnoses, 1991 related factors and 1608 defining characteristics, 260 nursing outcomes, 2472 indicators, 514 nursing interventions and 9522 activities were chosen for nursing database. 2. The computerized nursing process screen followed in system flowchart. The screen of nursing process consisted of the "Nursing Planning Screen" and the "Nursing Implementation Screen".
